Non-Russian participants should be aware of visa requirements when entering the Russian Federation. Please, plan your travel well in advance and allow plenty of time to apply for a visa. You should keep in mind that the exact time of getting your visa depends on the working schedule of the Russian embassy or consulate in your country. For exact information, consult directly the nearest Russian embassy or consulate.

The requested visa type is single-entry HUMANITARIAN. The purpose of your visit to Russia should be formulated as scientific and technical relations, attending the 1st International Conference on Aptamers in Russia. To assist you with your visa application, the Conference Organizing Committee provides you with the formal invitation issued by the Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center or Federal Migration Service, depending on the country of your residence. Please, be aware that, in the latter case, the invitation issuance can take a period within 40‒50 days.

To prepare the invitation, the Organizing Committee asks you to fill in the APPLICATION QUESTIONNAIRE and send it together with your passport scan copy (the page with your personal data only) to the Conference secretary for international contacts Mrs. Elena Bondareva, org@ksc.krasn.ru, no later than May 1, 2019. When your formal visa invitation is issued, its electronic version will be sent to you by e-mail.
